For total time:
3 rounds of:
200m run
15 Burpees

1 min rest

50 Wall Ball Shots, 20#/15#

For this metcon, you will do the following: 200m, 15 burpees, 200m, 15 burpees, 200m, 15 burpees.  Then you will rest 1 minute.  After that, you will do 50 wall ball shots.  Your total time includes the 3 rounds, the 1 minute rest, and the 50 wall ball shots.


Some food for thought.  I haven't read Nora Gedgaudas's book, "Primal Body - Primal Mind," so I am not promoting this book with this link (although I have heard good things about it, and it's on my list).  With that said, she makes some excellent points on her website - click on over and give it a read if you get the chance.

Went waaaay too light on the wall balls. After cranking out the first 15 in a row, I realized I probably should have grabbed a heavier ball. Other than that, it was a good night! Great job everyone!

Andy - I think you've got the right wall ball. It's heavy, but you've definitely got the strength for it! It'll get better as you go along.
