3 rounds for time of:
100 ft. Walking Lunge
50 Squats
25 KB Swings, 1 pood/25#

Compare to 03/28/11.


Finale: 2 sets of pull-ups for max reps. Do 1 set of pull-ups until failure, then wait about 3 minutes and do the 2nd set of pull-ups until failure. Spend some time in the couch stretch during the rest period (as well as after the 2nd set).  This will benefit your quads after all that lunging and squatting!

100ft lunges, 50 squats, 25 kb swings

Finale: 6 and 6 strict pull ups with purple band, yes band, I like to do some with good form. hyena stretched in between.

Legs feel like I just did 'Tim'. Couch stretched twice today, play broomall, and use Lacrosse ball.
