15 min AMRAP of:
Run 200m
10 Box Jumps, 30"/24"
10 Slapping/Clapping Push-ups
1 Mat Push down-back (1/2 court)

Compare to 04/11/11.


Finale: 2 sets of pull-ups for max reps. Do 1 set of pull-ups until failure, then wait about 3 minutes and do the 2nd set of pull-ups until failure. Spend some time in the hyena stretch during the rest period.

4 rounds plus 200m and 2 box jumps....though I would get at least 5 rounds! Bummer

5 rounds, 24" box ... Nursing hamstring pull ... Feeling better.
