L-sit


Overhead Squat
2 x 5, 1 x 5+


5 rounds for time of:
5-10-10 yd shuttle run
5 Slapping/Clapping Push-ups
5 KB Swings, 2 pood/1.5 pd
5 Burpees

One round is started E2MOM.  Record your times for each round and total them for your score (in total seconds).


Finale:  Low flamingo stretch for 2 min/leg.
