OK, so I have reached the end of Day 4 and as far as I am aware I've been staying true to the "whole 30" approach. At this point, I'm not sure I notice a physical difference, but certainly there have been challenges with NOT grabbing the wrong food from the cupboard and digging in. Anyway, I assume that will continue to be a challenge over the next 26 days. I think this may be more aptly named "Hole 30" because it feels like something/or several somethings are missing. : )

Day 4 and.... So far other than a minor freak out/fight with inanimate objects such as the dishwasher it hasn't been too bad. Geneva is with me not struggling food wise but she shouldn't be trusted with any sharp objects or heavy blunt objects.

Plan A:
BS (reset due to back issue ... feeling better*): 275 x 5 x 3 (3 sets of 5)
Press(*): 165 x 5,4,4 x 3 *fail*
PC: 145 x 3 x 5 ... having trouble keeping arms straight ... muscling weight up, but getting weight up. reset may be in order to make sure I am keeping focus on form.
